The Fatboy® Sumo Seat Cord Recycled is a compact lounge module that combines comfort, style and sustainability. The recycled cord cover gives the seat an elegant structure and a warm feel, while the piece of furniture fits harmoniously into modular Sumo arrangements.
Design and Comfort
The Sumo Seat Cord Recycled combines the iconic design of the Sumo series with the textile flair of cord fabric. The upholstery gently adapts to the body while providing stable support at the same time. Thanks to its compact dimensions (width × depth approximately 108 × 108 cm) and modular design, it can be used versatilely – separately as a lounge chair or integrated into a larger sofa composition.
(The dimensions are taken from the Sumo Corner Seat, as the pure Sumo Seat Cord module generally has similar proportions.)
Sustainable Materials and Durability
The cover is made from recycled cord (rPET), which combines robustness with environmental awareness. The cover is removable and machine washable, making cleaning and replacement straightforward. The inner construction of high-quality upholstery foams and a stable frame ensures that the Sumo Seat retains its shape even with intensive use – in keeping with the concept of replaceability and modularity of the Sumo series.

As a rule, our furniture shop doesn't hold stock. Products are ordered specially for your order from our suppliers. Once a product is available from our supplier, we deliberately place bundled orders towards the end of the week. This allows us to reduce transport and keep the environmental impact as low as possible.
This means for you: depending on when you order, delivery can take between 5 and 10 working days.
We offer free shipping on orders over CHF 400.–. For orders up to CHF 399.–, shipping costs CHF 14.90.

In exceptional cases, delivery times may be longer, for example due to high demand, around public holidays or because of special delivery conditions. Should there be a delay, we will of course let you know. If an item is temporarily unavailable and can only be delivered at a later date, we will also inform you in good time.
Returns:
If you're not satisfied with your order, you can return it to us within 14 days. Items must be unused, undamaged and properly packaged.
Display items and heavily discounted products are excluded from returns.
Once we've received and inspected the goods, we'll refund the purchase amount to you within 10 to 14 days.
