Terms & Conditions
General Terms and Conditions (T&Cs) of LIVEVIBE
Last updated: 30 April 2025
These General Terms and Conditions of LIVEVIBE (Einrichtung & Design Mit Stil Outlet GmbH) apply to all orders placed in the online shop at www.livevibe.ch as well as to all purchases for which these T&Cs are declared applicable.
1. Scope
The T&Cs apply to all services offered in the online shop. By placing an order, you expressly agree to these terms.
2. Conclusion of Contract
All offers are subject to change. Orders are binding. The contract is concluded through our shipping confirmation. LIVEVIBE may revoke offers without giving reasons.
3. Delivery
Deliveries are usually made by post or courier within 3–7 working days (Switzerland). Incorrect addresses or undeliverable shipments lead to return shipping costs borne by the customer. The transport risk lies with the customer.
In individual cases, the delivery period may be extended due to product availability, public holidays or supply bottlenecks — in exceptional cases up to 30 or 60 days. There is no claim to delivery within a specific period.
LIVEVIBE may make partial deliveries. Foreign deliveries may require 100% advance payment.
4. Prices
All prices are in CHF including statutory VAT (8.1%), excluding shipping costs. LIVEVIBE may adjust prices at any time. The price at the time of ordering applies.
5. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are based on the current rates of Swiss Post and packaging costs.
6. Payment Terms
Payment via Stripe (credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay), TWINT or, where applicable, advance payment by bank transfer. Payment deadline for prepayment: 7 days. After that, the order may be cancelled. No reminder fees are charged.
7. Retention of Title / Set-off / Withholding
The goods remain the property of LIVEVIBE until full payment has been received. Set-off and rights of retention only exist for legally established or recognised claims.
8. Warranty / Guarantee
24-month warranty by the manufacturer. Defects must be reported in writing within 3 days. No warranty in case of improper use or for outlet items. Returns only in hygienically perfect original condition.
For products with electrical connections (in particular lighting elements) we expressly point out that these are supplied with an EU plug. An adapter for Swiss sockets must be organised by the customer themselves and is not included in the scope of delivery.
9. Right of Return
14-day right of return (excluded: sale items & vouchers). Return shipping at your own cost. Original shipping costs incurred will not be refunded.
10. Model Variations
Slight design changes by manufacturers/suppliers are reserved. No liability on the part of LIVEVIBE.
11. Care & Handling
No liability for damage caused by improper care or handling of the products.
12. Data Protection
The privacy policy available here applies in addition to these T&Cs. LIVEVIBE processes your data in compliance with the law. See also our privacy policy.
13. Marketing
LIVEVIBE uses email address and phone number for marketing purposes (e.g. newsletters). You can object at any time by emailing info@livevibe.ch.
14. Reviews
LIVEVIBE may send automated review invitations and use submitted reviews for marketing purposes.
15. Vouchers
Personalised vouchers may not be passed on. Unauthorised redemptions lead to cancellation of the order.
16. Liability
LIVEVIBE is only liable in case of gross negligence or intent. Use and handling of the products is at your own risk.
17. Use of Content / Copyright
All content on this website (texts, images, logos, videos, etc.) is protected by copyright. Use without written consent from LIVEVIBE is not permitted.
18. Technical Availability
LIVEVIBE assumes no warranty for the constant availability of the online shop. Maintenance or technical interruptions may occur at any time.
19. Contract Language
The contract language is German. All communication is in German.
20. Changes to the T&Cs
LIVEVIBE may change the T&Cs at any time. The current version on the website applies.
21. Place of Jurisdiction / Applicable Law
Swiss law applies exclusively. Place of jurisdiction is the registered office of the company. The Vienna Sales Convention is excluded.
22. Severability Clause
Should individual provisions be invalid, the remaining clauses remain unaffected. The invalid provision will be replaced by an economically equivalent one.
