Are the products original Fatboy products?
Yes, all products marked with Fatboy are original and newly packaged.
Order and payment
How can I place an order?
To place an order, simply select the products you want and add them to your basket. Then proceed to checkout to complete your order.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept various payment methods, including credit cards (Visa, MasterCard), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay & Twint.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Changes or cancellations are only possible before the order has been dispatched. Please contact us as soon as possible.
Shipping and Delivery
How long does shipping take?
Delivery within Switzerland usually takes 3–7 working days. During special events or promotions, longer delivery times may occur. livevibe is not liable for any errors or delays, and all orders are reviewed individually.

Can I track my order?
Yes, once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number that you can use to track the status of your delivery.
What does a drop-off authorisation mean?
With a drop-off authorisation, the recipient grants the delivery service express permission to deposit a shipment at a designated location, even if no one is personally present. Legally, the shipment is considered delivered once it has been properly placed at the agreed location. In accordance with the general terms of the respective shipping service provider, the recipient assumes full liability for any loss, theft, damage or other consequences that may arise after the delivery has been deposited. livevibe therefore accepts no liability for any loss or damage to goods that occurs after delivery in connection with a drop-off authorisation.
Returns and exchanges
Can I return a product?
You have the right to return items within 14 days of receipt of the goods.
Conditions for a return:
- The items must be unused, undamaged and complete.
- The return must be in the original packaging.
- All accessories, labels and components must be included.
Non-returnable items:
- Discounted items
- Floor models
For these items, returns, exchanges or refunds are excluded.
Return shipping costs:
Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer. Unpaid or insufficiently stamped returns will not be accepted.
Refund:
After receipt and inspection of the goods, the purchase amount will be refunded within 7 to 10 working days via the originally used payment method.
We reserve the right to refuse returns or only refund partially if the goods show signs of use, are damaged or are not returned completely.
