We're a furniture store in Winterthur (Switzerland) with a showroom. Shipping:
At our furniture store, we generally don't carry stock. Products are ordered specifically for your order from our suppliers. When a product is available with our supplier, we deliberately bundle orders towards the end of the week. This way we reduce transport and keep the ecological impact as low as possible.

What this means for you: depending on the order date, delivery time can be between 5 and 10 working days.

For orders from CHF 400 we ship free of charge. For orders up to CHF 399, shipping costs are CHF 14.90.

In exceptional cases, longer delivery times can occur, for example with high demand, around holidays or due to special delivery conditions. If there's a delay, we'll of course let you know. If an item is temporarily unavailable and can only be delivered at a later date, we'll inform you in good time as well.

Returns:
If you're not satisfied with your order, you can return it to us within 14 days. The items must be unused, undamaged and properly packaged.

Floor models and heavily discounted products are excluded from returns.

After receipt and inspection of the goods, we'll refund the purchase amount within 10 to 14 days.
